As Full-Stack Lead, I set up the entire Supabase infrastructure (database, auth, storage) and developed core features end-to-end: the real-time messaging system, stories & highlights, notifications, follow/unfollow logic, post interactions, and archive functionality. I also implemented performance optimizations including client-side image compression and optimistic updates.
